We follow these steps :

Step 1 :  Draw a line AB =  5.6 cm

Step 2 :  Take any radius ( Less than half of AB ) and center " A " draw a semicircle that intersect line AB at " P " . With same radius and center " P " draw an arc that intersect semicircle at " Q " and with same radius and center " Q " draw another that intersect semicircle at " R " .

Step 3 : With same radius and center " Q" and " R " draw two arcs that intersect at " S " . Join AS so line AS intersect semicircle at " T " .

Step 4 : With same radius and center " Q" and " T " draw two arcs that intersect at " X " . Join AX and extend it to " Y "  we get line AY .

Step 5 : With radius 3.3 cm and center " A "  draw an arc that intersect line AY at " D "

Step 6 : With radius 4.1 cm and center " B " draw an arc and with radius 4.4 cm and center " D " draw an arc and that intersect previous arc at " C " .

Step 7 : Join BC and CD we get required quadrilateral ABCD .
