Since the iamge in not clear
It is not clear from the figure that which part of angle is 65°So, as per my understanding, assuming ∠RPF=65°    [given]Cleary, ∠RPF+∠QPR=180°   [Linear pair]∠QPR=180°-65°∠QPR=115°We are not able to proceed further with the given information
