As △ADF and △ABD are on the same base AD and between same parallels AD and BC
∴ar(△ADF)=ar(△ADB)      
(1)Similarly, △ADB and △ABE are on the same base AB  and between same parallels AB and DC
∴ar(△ADB)=ar(△ABE)      
(2)From (1) and (2),we getar(△ADF)=ar(△ABE) Hence proved
