11. The speed of the sound wave is given by v = wavelength x frequency or v = λ x f

here, λ = 45cm = 0.45m

f = 2kHz = 2000 Hz

thus,

v = 0.45 x 2000 = 900 m/s

now, distance it travels in 4 sec will be

distance = speed * velocity
900 * 4 = 3600 m
