Dear student,

a) Standardisation of work has been implemented here by the production manager.

b) Two limitations of planning mentioned here are:
* Planning creates rigidity. It does not allow any flexibility in operations.
* Planning reduces creativity. It does not allow lower levels of management to deviate from the pre-defined course.

c) Initiative and flexibility is violated here.
