radial probabilty distribution and probability density both gives us the region where electrons can be found so how is it that according to probabilty density electrons are least at nucleus and according top radial probabilty they are maximum at the nucleus?

In case of the  probability density plot is probability density vs radius so it is directly dependent upon probability density. As shown :

But in the case of Radial probability distribution we draw a plot between product of volume element and probability density vs r . Volume element is very small near nucleus because r is very small near the nucleus, hence the product is very small.
So probability density is least near the nucleus.
