Let the amounts with Ram, Shyam , Varun and Tarun be R, S, V and T
respectively

Given that,

R+S+V+T=240

Also,

R=12 (S+V+T)⇒R=12(240-R)⇒R=2403=Rs 80 S=13
(R+V+T)⇒S=13(240-S)⇒S=2404=Rs 60 T=14
(R+S+V)⇒T=14(240-T)⇒T=2405=Rs
48∴ V=240-(R+S+T)⇒V=240-(80+60+48) =52

Therefore, Varun has Rs 52 with him
