Dear Student.

i) "You" is referred to wind in the first line.
ii) Wind wreaks havoc on people. Unable to bear the onslaught of the powerful wind, the houses, doors and rafter start crumbling.
iii) Wind is called clever because at first it calms people when it blows gently. But it destroys everything later when it unleashes its power in front of weak humans.
iv) The wind god blows and destroys all that comes in its path.
