What lesson did you take from this tale?

Note-please sir or mam answer all the questions .also don't make any other excuse

  • From the very beginning of the poem the spider is trying to get the fly into it's web or what it calls as a parlor.
  • The fly said that whoever went up the pretty winding stair never came down again, also that the fly did not want to sleep on the spider's bed, since anyone who slept on the spider's bed never woke up. When invited into the pantry, the fly says that it has heard what is in the spider's pantry and does not wish to see it. The spider praises the beauty and asks it to come inside the parlor and see itself in the looking glass, but the fly denies it and says that the spider is kind to say such things and says that it will come another day.
  • The fly when she entered the spider's parlor was only thinking of it's crested head.
  • The lesson one learns from this story is that no one should fall into the tap of flattery or praise. Just because someone praises your looks, does not mean they actually mean it. Therefore, in the end the poet warns children that not every one's flattery is real, sometimes people do it to get their work done.
