RELATION CONNECTING MEAN , MODE AND MEDIAN IS WHAT PLZ EXPLAIN WITH EXAMPLE

The relation between Mean, Median and Mode of the given data is

Mode = 3Median – 2 Mean

Example:

Consider the observation 19, 17, 15, 11, 15, 10, 6 and 3.

Mean of the observation

∴ Median of given observation =

 Mode of the observation = 15     (15 occurs maximum number of times)

∴ 3 Median – 2 Mean = 3 × 13 – 2 × 12 = 39 – 24 = 15 = Mode
