2 Construct a quadrilateral ABCD when AB=4 5cm, AC=5 5cm,
angleA=angleC=100degree and angle D=80degree {Hint angle B=80
degree}

We have to construct a parallelogram whose diagonal's length and
angle between them are given-
Step 1: Draw a line segment AC of length 5 8 cm
Step 2: Using compass, find the mid point of AC and mark it as
O
Step 4: At O,construct an angle of 30 deg and extent the arms of
the angle(not containing AC) to 2 3 cm on both the sides
The two end points of the extended arms are points B and C of
the parallelogram
Step 5: Join all the points A,B,C and D to get the required
parallelogram
