Why vacuole is not present in animal cells?Plz reply urgent.

It is not so always. Vacuoles may be present in animals. But as compared to plants they are  small and temporary in animal cell. In plants, vacoules tend to be large and plays a role in turgor pressure. When a plant is well watered, water collects in cell vacoules, producing rigidity in the plant. Without sufficient water, pressure in the vacoule is reduced and the plant wilts. Besides,if present in animal cell,they are concerned with secretion and excretion in that organism.

Animal cells do have vacuoles, but they are smaller, larger in number (plant cells usually have just one or a few large vacuoles) AND serve a somewhat different purpose than those of plants. 
For plants, this means long-term storage of water and waste products, which cannot be removed from the cell due to the cell wall
