Dear student,

Let us take an example of  vegetable shop.
The objectives pursued by vegetable shop are- 
* Profit- An individual runs a vegetable shop with the sole aim of earning profit.
* Supplying goods at desirous price- The vegetable shop owner aims to sell good quality and fresh vegetable to customers at reasonable price.

It does not pursue other objectives like-
Employment generation,
Fair return to investor,
Development of backward areas,
Developing human resources, etc.
because a vegetable shop owner operates at small and local level, he does not have much capital to invest. Hence, he does not pursue other social, human and national objectives.

take for instance vendor
his main objective is mainly economic i.e to earn money by making large profit and creation of customer   it does not care about any social objective because there is no one to cross check .. since he did not have to show acc. record or quality check of his product ..

Okay. lets assume a local vegetable shop owner.
As Like every businessmen he will also be aiming to get extra income in the form of profits. Also he does have some social responsibilities to sell fresh and good vegetables in order to make his customers to buy from him. He does not look after other responsibilities as he is a sole proprietor and he does not need any market status or any other factors that the registered or an well identified businessmen look after.
