DNA   RNA
It is double-stranded. It is single-stranded.
The sugar present is deoxyribose. The sugar present is ribose.
The nitrogenous bases present are adenine, guanine, thymine, and cytosine. In RNA, thymine is replaced by uracil. Hence, nitrogenous bases present in RNA are adenine, guanine, uracil, and cytosine.

ii. 
Transpiration Translocation
It is the loss of water vapors from the stomata of the leaves. It is the process of transporting food prepared by leaves to all parts of the plant.
It doesn't require any energy. It requires energy in the form of ATP.
