show that density of nucleons is independent to mass number.

let the volume of nucleus be =V, the mass of the nucleus be M, and the mass of nucleon = m

V=43πr3
density =ρ=MV,M=43πr3ρ
As we know r=r0A1/3r3=r03A
M=43πr03Aρ--------------(i)
As we know mass of nucleon =mA-----------(ii)
equating eqs (i) and (ii) we get
m=43πr03ρρ=3m4πr03
Hence nuclear density is independent to mass number (A).

Hello Fatima, nuclear density is given by the expression 3/4 * m_N / pi r_o^3

Here m_N is mass of the nucleon which equals to 1.67 x 10^-27 kg and r_o = 1.3 x 10^-15 m and pi = 3.14

This expression no way has the mass number A. Hence the statement.
