Similarities between Porifera and Protozoa
Some of the similarities of the porifera and protozoa are;
- The digestion is intracellular(digest the food within the cell).
- They lack the gastrula stage in the life cycle.
- Nerve cells or muscle cells are absent.
- Most of the Protozoan's are heterotrophic where as all the Poriferan members are heterotrophic.
