sir.... in vedio  actually magnetic lines r flowing frm north to south pole...  i'm i  rite?

Please remember, the magnetic field lines in Earth travel from the South Pole (Antarctica) to The North pole (North Canada). So, the magnet is placed such that its North lies (very close) on the South Pole of the Earth and South lies on the North Pole of the Earth. 

So the magnet is placed upside down.
