is growth hormone can control as how it causes such deficiency of undersecreted or oversecreted can it be maintained ?

Growth hormone stimulates the growth of organisms and cell reproduction. Secretion of growth hormone is by the gland called pituitary which is regulated by hypothalamus of brain.

There are two hormones called Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (stimulates pituitary to secret Growth hormone) and Growth hormone inhibiting Hormone (stops release of Growth Hormones). These two hormones control the less secretion and over secretion of growth hormones.
