sir plz explain:

actin filament has two F filaments and two filaments of troopomyosin runs parallel to these f filaments..

i am unable to get this point through the lesson snd the figure given in lesson..

plz hep

Actin filaments are are made up of two helical strands of  globular actin molecules called G actin and these coil around each other. This whole assembly of  actin molecules is called F-actin or fibrous actin. F-actin consists of  two accessory proteins, tropomyosin and troponin. Tropomyosin form two helical strands which are wrapped around the F-actin in a longitudinal fashion. Troponin is a globular protein that binds to calcium ions and to tropomyosin.
