IT IS BECAUSE A PRIMARY CELL IS A DISPOSABLE CELL IN WHICH ONCE THE
CHEMICAL IS FINISHED WE CANNOT REFILL IT WE SHOULD USE A SECONDARY
CELL IN THIS CASE AS IT IS CHARGABLE
