Skin has hair so..can it be classified as a ciliated epithelial tissue?

Dear student,

No, ciliated epithelium is found in some of the respiratory organs such as the larynx and the trachea. The hairs called cilia aid in the passage of air through them. These cilia are called as hairs not the ones that are present on the skin surface.
