Monocot has bulliform cells in the upper epidermis, dicot lack them
Dicot have stomata mainly in the upper epidermis than in the lower epidermis
Dicot have bundle sheath but monocot have bundle cap
Pith is well developed in Dicot but absent in monocot
Mesophyll is well differentiated into spongy and palisade in dicot but not in monocot
