So my question is that is plasmodium an example of smile moulds and sporozoans both? If not then how can Slime moulds form an aggregation called plasmodium? Pls answer..

Plasmodium is a phase in the life cycle of slime moulds. Here it should not be written in italics. In the second phase of the life cycle slime mold grows enormously in size and the structure is known as plasmodium. It is totally different from the protozoa called Plasmodium that causes malaria.
