Geographical conditions will include its physical characteristics like Himalayas, coastal areas, deserts or plains and also climatic conditions that correspond to these physical features. For Example , if you focus on Uttrakhand disaster which is located in Himalayas, you can easily assess the causes of disaster related to geography of that region as it is already an eco sensitive zone prone to landslides, cloud burst, increase in the water level due to melting of glaciers, you can focus on how deforestation in Himalayas loosens the sand and causes flood like situation, you may also focus on dams constructed on the river beds that block the natural flow of water coming from Himalayas also causes flood like situation.
