According to Arrhenius equation: logK = log A -  $\frac{{E}_{a}}{2.303RT}$
On putting the values inthe above equation  log K = log (1.6$×$1013)  -  $\frac{240×{10}^{3}}{2.303×8.314×600}$
log K  =  13.2041  -    20.89 =  - 7.6859
then K = 2.056 $×$10-8 s-1
