Cells in series so  will add up.  Resistance in lower arm also in series. Applying Kirchoff's law
i(2+1) =6-3
3i=3
i=1A
Voltage drop = 2V 
Net voltage = 6-2 =4V


Option 3 is correct

​voltage difference in lower arm = 6 - IR1 - IR2  ( moving in current's direction)
                                                            = 6-1-1 = 4V
