The possible outcomes when a dice is thrown = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6}
Number of possible outcomes of a dice = 6
i) Number greater than 4 are 5,6
So total numbers are 2
Probability of getting a number greater than 4 are =2/6=1/3
