taking LCM,
2x(2x+3)+1(x-3)+3x+9  
(x-3)(2x+3)                       =0

4x² +6x+x-3+3x+9=0   =>4x²+10x+6=0
divide by 2,
2x²+5x+3
using splitting middle term method,(sum=5 and product=2*3=6)
2x²+2x+3x+3=0
2x(x+1)+3(x+1)=0
x+1=0    Or   (2x+3)=0
x=-1     Or       x=-3/2
