                Change in potential energy = final P.E. - initial P.E.

          Now final P.E. at O'  due to two distant charges and two near charges collectively =
                                                                                                                 -2KQea2+2KQe5a2 respectively.

               Change in P.E.  =    -2KQea2+2KQe5a2--4KQea2
