Dear Student,

Under steady state condition, the capacitor gets fully charged and hence, behaves as an open circuit. Thus, no current flows through the resistors. 

The cell potential will be reflected across the capacitor.


$Q = CV = 3\times {10}^{-6} f\times 10 V = 3\times {10}^{-5} C.$
