At a given time on a sunny day , the ratio of the height of  a  vertical objectto the length of its shadow is equal  to the ratio of height of another  vertical object and length  of its shadow
Thus, height of poleshadow of pole=height of treeshadow of treeLet 'h' be the height of the tree
(i) ∴ 1410=h15⇒h=14×1510=21 mii)1410=h25h=14×2510=35 m
