(a) Figure A has an error. 
(b) Hormone secreted by the endocrine gland is shown in the image A to be moving only in one direction i.e. towards the target organ. But actually the hormones poured into the blood stream may have one or more target sites at a time. The arrows shown are carried to all parts by the blood and their effect is produced only in one or more specific parts.

4a. B has the error.
b. The error is that in diagram B, no source of hormone is mentioned (look at the topmost arrow). Moreover, according to the diagram, the hormone secreted by the gland is going in the direction opposite to the stream of the blood. 
 
That is the reason why it has been instructed to look at all the arrows indicating the direction of flow of hormone into the bloodstream. Hope this helps.

B is the error becoz the hormones screted must directly enter into the blood stream but in B it is not entering
