ar [ABCD] = ar [ABD] + ar [BDC]
ar [ABD] = root x1 (y2-y3)2 + x2 (y3-y1)2 + x3 (y1-y2)2
                   root -4 (-5-3)+ -3 (3+2)2 + 2 (-2+5)2
                   root -4 (64) + -3 (25) + 2 (9)
                   root -256-75+18
                   root -331+18
                   root 313 sq units
Since ABCD is a parallelogram, therefore ar [ABD] = ar [BDC]
Hence, root 313 + root 313 = root 616 sq units
