This is to draw you attention to the fact that the mobile phone that I bought from your shop 'Mobile Villa", Mahim, Mumbai on 15th December, 2017 is malfunctioning.
The Samsung mobile worked perfectly for the first two days. However, from the third day, its touch screen started malfunctioning. I switched it off and restarted it, but to no avail! Under such circumstances, I request for an immediate replacement of the mobile.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
