i) The sculptor is very skilled as he has carefully sculpted the passions and emotions of the king's heart on the statue.

(i) The sculptor is very skilled and can read the passions and emotions of  ozymandias very well. The emotions are so well engraved that it is still noticeable in that lifeless statue.

(ii) The passions of the king, ozymandias survives the ruins of the statue and is still very noticeable by the people.

(iii) The poet wants to illustrate that even the man who was very boastful at the time turns into mere ruins and mixes with the soil as times passes and plays its role.
