According to the Nernst Equation ; 
Ecell = Ecello-0.0591nlog[Reduced State] [Oxidised State]Ecell o= Ecathodeo-Eanodeo

As in the question Eo half cell given is oxidation potential it must be equal to minus of reduction potential.
Ecato=-0.45 VEanodo=-0.75 V
So now the Ecello=-0.45 - (-0.75)        =  + 0.30 V

Net cell reaction = 2A+ 3B2+2A3++ 3B
Ecell= Ecello- 0.05916log0.120.013        = 0.30 - 0.01×log (104)        = 0.30 - 0.04         = 0.26 V

So, the option is (3) e.m.f = 0.26 V
