Changes that take place in presence of sunlight are
a) Photosynthesis- The process by which green plant prepare their own food in presence of sunlight and green pigment Chlorophyll present in leaves 
b) Ozone Formation-UV radiation  from the sun split molecular oxygen into atomic oxygen.
c) Vitamin D-Vitamin D in the skin exposed in presence of sunlight.
d)  Activation Of Melanin pigment-Melanin pigment protect skin from UV radiation.When sun level rises our dermis darkens to give us desirable suntan.
e)Solar Cells-Electrical device that convert sunlight energy  into electricity by photovoltaic cells.
