Equality is the soul of liberty and there is no liberty without it. Today a general category student has to work much harder than a reserved category student due to caste based reservation in job and colleges. In today's time nobody believes in caste then why there is caste based discrimination. This type of caste based discrimination force us to believe in caste and results in inequality. So in my opinion this caste based discrimination will only act as curse for INDIA and it should be banned.

Good morning every one, today i m standing bfr u 2 say a few words on the topic "Reservation - a serious issue".
Its definitely one of the serious issues of our country, gradually making her weak within, and if this dirty system is not stopped, a day would come when our famous tag line ?Unity in diversity? won?t exist anymore. How? Read on.
People get reservations on the basis of their caste. If you belong to obc , you are somehow better than General. Oh, you belong to SC? good no worries, good colleges are waiting for you. Oh, you ST? Welcome to IIT , you just don?t need to study anything, just mug up a few concepts and a few guesses would be f*cking enough to get into IITs. Oh, your parents earn 200000 per month? doesn't matter we won?t charge you tuition fee since you belong to SC/ST. Oh, you a general category guy? your parents earn 25000 per month? your parents earn hefty of amount you?ve got to pay your tuition fee.
These are the just few examples , a number of complaints are still unsung and unheard and even the present government doesn?t take the risk of nullifying it because they would lose their vote bank of ?dalits, picchde, adivasi?. When RSS just simply made a statement that reservation is hindering the development of our country , except BJP many different political parties started playing their moves in order to woo the votes of SC?s , ST?s , OBC?s . So how can we expect reservation will have an end in coming future? So how can we expect our Bharat to grow to its full potential if reservation is not banned?
Some guys are answering here that reservation should be given on the basis of financial condition and not on the basis of Caste system. Do you know what? Reservation shouldn?t be given to anybody..! Reservation ultimately gives a negative impact, it makes you weak. If a person is not financially strong enough to afford Study kits say books or anything else than it should be our Government?s duty to provide those basic necessities instead of giving reservation. Why should reservation be given? If you really want our country to prosper then provide the poor the all basic needs and not reservation.
And if it is not banned then a day might come when each and every caste of our country, who haven?t got, would demand reservation and since it is impossible to give reservation to everybody so either they would have to ban it or there will be no more so called ?Unity in diversity? in our country. ( want a proof? jealousy has already prevailed in our country due to reservation system.)
