So guys! you know that during unfavourable conditions, slime moulds differentiate and become fruiting body which have spores at their tips. Now spores are at tips and should possess walls that protect them. Therefore true wall is that cell wall which completely protects the spores over the fruiting bodies in slime moulds.

True wall simply refers to wall outside the fungal spore that protects it from unfavorable conditions , a false wall on the other may be a transient coat outside the cell providing a temporary protection to the cell when required
