State whether the current is sclar or vector ?what does thevdirection of current convey?

Dear student,

Electrical current is a scalar quantity. The direction of current conveys in the direction the electrons are flowing.
Ex.
If the current is flowing from negative to the positive terminal, then the electron travel from the negative to positive and vice versa

Current is scalar because the direction should really be considered to be "sign" more than a proper vector direction. In particular, Current is defined by definiting a surface and then counting the number of particles that cross that surface per unit time.it only depends on the relative orientation of the surface and the charges,it has no absolute notion of distance.
