2. Indian working in Indian embassy located in Japan.- normal resident of India as their economic interest lies in their own country
3.Japanese working in Japanese embassy located in India.- Non resident of India because their economic interest lies in their country i.e. Japan
4. Japanese working in Indian embassy located in japan - Non resident of India because their economic interest lies in thier country i.e. Japan.
