Summary of the poem - Macavity : the mystery cat
In this poem there's a cat maned Macavity. He's also called the Hidden Paw.He's the master criminal who can defy the law, and he's the bafflement of Scotland Yard and the Flying Squad's despair because when they reach the scene of crime Macavity's not there. Macavity has broken every human law and the lwa of gravity also. His powers of levitation has made the fakir's stare. We can look for him in the basement and in the air but still we cannot find Macavity anywhere. He's a ginger cat, very tall and thin. His eyes are sunken in, his brow is deeply lined with thought and his head is highly domed. His coat is dusty from neglec, his whiskers are uncombed, he sways his head from side to side as if a snake and when we think that he's asleep he is always awake. He's a fiend in feline shape, a monster of depravity. We may meet him in a by-street, we may see him in the square but when a crime is diacoverd Macaty's not there.THIS IS THE SUMMARY AND IF U LIKE MY ANSWER PLS THUMBS UP !!
