The poet describes the wind and how it affects our surroundings. It scatters the papers, breaks the shutters of windows and destroys crumbling, old houses. However, the poet suggests that we can face the wind and overcome it's consequences if we are strong and determined. We must be resolute against the wind and triumph over it.
