Suppose you had a red bulb and a blue bulb ,both shining on a screen (with no other source of light) .If you place an opaque object (like book) in front of the red bulb ,what colour do you think the shadow of the object would be would be the colour of the shadow? Why?
Experts tommorrow is my science olympiad exam so please answer my question. Please .

The colour of the shadow will be black.
Because Shadows are formed when an opaque object comes in the path of light.
When a shadow is formed the colour of the shadow will always be black because the object  is standing in the way of light and is not allowing the light to pass it.
Hope this helps....
