That gave me public leave to speak of him:
For I have neither wit, nor words, nor worth
Action, nor utterance, nor the power of speech,
To stir men's blood: I only speak right on ,
I tell you that which you yourselves do know;
Show you sweet Caesar's wounds, poor poor dumb mouths,
And bid them speak for me: but were I Brutus,
And Brutus Antony, there were an Antony
Would ruffle up your spirits and put a tongue
In every wound of Caesar that should move
The stones of Rome to rise and mutiny.
All we'll mutiny

Dear student
Given below is the answer to your question.

Antony says he is not a good orator or speaker. There is an irony that lies within this statement. Even though he feels that he can't voice his opinions and protests, he is finally able to convince the crowd about the plans laid down by Brutus in killing Caesar. As a result the crowd turns against Brutus and gives him and the other conspirators the deserved punishment. Thus, apart from the oration, he is exposing his revolt and protests, which needs no skill or talent.

Antony: I don't have the words, means , brains or the power of speech(which Brutus has) to make you mutiny against those 'honourable men'.I only speak directly and I am not agood orator like Brutus is.I am a simple and plain man and you all also know this.If I were in Brutus' place and Brutus in my place ,he would have made your spirits rage with anger and even make the stones in Rome mutiny.
