Let first term = a  ,  common difference = d
T5 = a + 4d = 5  ,  T13 = a + 12d = - 3
by solving above two equations --->  a = 9  ,  d = - 1
AP is : 9 , 8 , 7 , 6 , 5 , ...
T30 = a + 29d = 9 - 29 = - 20
