The begger

Bad habit dwing a person. Lushkoff turn to begging because of his drinking habit . how does this habit dwing him? What lesson do you learn from his life?

Dear Student,

In the lesson 'The Beggar', we see that Lushkoff was an alcoholic who begged to fend for himself. He had been a singer in the choir but was removed due to his drunken behaviour. It was only when he met Sergei and his cook Olga, did we see a change in his behaviour. Their altruism and kind words turned his life around and made him a decent man.

Regards
