Radius of wheel(r)= 35 cm

So

Distance travelled in 1 revolution = Circumference of the wheel

$= 2 π r = 2 (\frac{22}{7}) (35) = 2.2 m$

So distance travelled in 5 rounds

= 2.2 x 5

=11 m

Now,

$N u m b e r o f t u r n s = \frac{T o t a l D i s \tan c e}{C i r c u m f e r e n c e o f c i r c l e} = \frac{1540}{2.2} = 700$
