According to the given condition,

Difference in SP = Rs 3

⇒ 53x / 50 - 26x / 25 = Rs 3

53x /50 - 52x / 50 = 3

x / 50 = 3

x = 50 × 3 = 150

Therefore the CP is Rs 150.
