The governor granted Evans request to shift Stephen from the cell during examination and it proved to be big blunder do u agree?

I agree that shifting Stephen from the cell was a blunder because if Stephens had not been shifted out from the cell, the escape would not have been possible. It was then only when Evan was alone in the cell, he executed his plan of escape and became successful in escaping the prison.
